1. Having a single king's bed but it seems the bed is actually make up from 2 join bed as one. Not comfortable. 2. Breakfast variety standard seems to have drop quite alots since my last visit to the hotel that was disappointing. Example took the Bee Hoon which according to your staff that it was already cooked but in actual facts, it was deep in cold water first, drain and self serve by guest using the not so hot soup provided. I have soaked the bee hoon for 15 minutes but still taste it as uncooked. Looking forward for a better improvement.

Very well experienced but the manajemen missed a little thing like just put 1 bathrobe in the room for 2. Just 1 hanging in the bathroom made it a little bit troublesome when hanging 2 towel.

Upon check in which was superfast I was told that we will get free cupcakes as we booked Novotel Pirates adventure program but until the day we check out we receive nothing~ the room also had ants in the mininbar... too bad the fish pond was still under maintenance also~ we still recived the perk two slice cake but the staff is not so friendly when we asked. And after we were told to give 5 stars rating yet they font ask really what point the hotel could improve.

Staff lobby and staff houskeeping was very helpul , and no with all staff with the restaurant , when i arribed for the breakfast no one can help me , no smile and i dont know what happen When at late night i ask for ginger tea , and the guy who took the phone ask no more ginger ?? Whyy ?? I’m that moment little bit feeling sick , i ‘m get cough . I know this hotel not this lixury hotel , but please make it more great service like luxury hotel :)
