Despite a slight hiccup on check-in, this was sorted with ease. Our Wedding Anniversary was acknowledged with a delightful dessert offering and bottle of wine. Late checkout was devine and the room with Bay views (an upgrade) was lovely. Well appointed room with Balmain bathroom products were luxurious and a lovely scent. Love the fact that we could chromecast and watch our favourite shows on Netflix Handy self parking underneath the hotel at Collins Place for $35 instead of $50 Valet. Would definitely return at our next available opportunity.

We had a reasonable stay. Check in staff were attentive. Room was well appointed. Disappointed that room didn’t include complimentary water. Also breakfast was chaotic and all pastries were gone by 9.30am so we didn’t have the full buffet breakfast experience.

Highly recommend this Hotel. Well located and opposite a tram stop. Hotel was luxury plus. We were upgraded to a suite on the 47th which had views to the city and the bay. Room was amazing with an added bonus of a lounge room bed was super comfortable and room was very clean.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Room service was prompt and food was good. Mini bar was not restocked at any point, even after request. Room was not serviced until after 4pm on Sunday when we wanted to be in the room. No.35 restaurant service was extremely slow. Didn't get offered water until well after we were seated. Didn't get a wine list until we had to ask for one. Waited nearly half an hour for the account. Food was excellent.
