I come more frequently but this time I was disappointed. This hotel is in a good shape directly located at a golf course. The rooms facing the golf course have a very nice view. My disappointment was with the restaurant staff (ignored us for long time, forgot to deliver food) and the breakfast (the guy who prepared eggs did an awful job). If this repeats, I need to find another hotel

Even with Silver status, no special treatment, no welcome drink offered. Rooms are correct and well equipped. Breakfast is a little bit chaotic and not well organized. Missing dishes, no one available at "Egg bar", coffee machines out of milk. Bar service not efficient, had to ask twice to be served a drink. Restaurant seems to be understaffed. In fitness room, no paper towels for machine disinfection, even 3 days after having reported this, still no paper available. Seems to be no follow up. Overall, correct hotel, but not a 4 star hotel standard !

Stopped at Novotel Saint-Quentin en Yvelines on our way back from the Alps. Have stayed at this hotel several times previously as it’s a nice location and well situated for the main routes.

All good like always. This time I even asked for help because I4m a breastfeeding mom, and they kept ice for me in their freezer. Thanks for that.

The hotel is old and expensive. A new flat screen or the quick makeover of the bathroom isn’t enough to be a good, modern, comfortably hotel. But the staff is friendly and helpful. I did ask to receive the invoice per mail. Apparently, they noticed a wrong email address. But to ask for this survey, they suddenly had the right email address. If you have to be in the neighbourhood, you can stay in this hotel – there is no good alternative.
