My stay at Raffles Istanbul in July was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel offers stunning, panoramic views of the city and Bosphorus that take your breath away, especially at sunset. The level of luxury is truly unmatched, but what made my stay even more memorable was the impeccable butler service. From personalized attention to anticipating my needs, the butlers went above and beyond to ensure my experience was flawless. Every detail was taken care of, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy my time. I can't recommend Raffles Istanbul enough for those seeking both elegance and top-notch service. I'll definitely be back!

Another business trip this time with a 2 day workshop event. In 2023 I organised a 1 day training workshop for my colleagues and this was so appreciated :-) . They requested more as the location, setting, quality of service made them feel so special - for a training day this logistic element is key! It worked so well that next year they are requesting 2x a year a 2 day workshop! Your colleagues in charge of the events are so friendly and helpful! I really enjoy working with them and my experience and the Raffles makes me return every time! I plan to return to Istanbul once again this year and at least 5 times next year! It goes without saying that my choice of location to stay doesn't need any thought :-)

Paradijsvogels Couples - TripAdvisor review

Nice spacious room with balcony. The breakfast was delicious. The spa treatments we had were very very good. The best facial ever! We also loved the balinese massage. Many thanks to the front desk employee of the spa and the spa manager. We were disappointed that there was a renovation at the outdoor pool. They immediately offered solutions and thought along with us. Very attentive! The other staff members were also great and especially the butler manager with whom we had a nice conversation about other Raffles property.

From the welcoming to the attention to all details the stay at the Raffles Istanbul could not be more perfect. The room was amazing with a view of the Bosphorus. The sunrise was stunning. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to go visit the old town and at the same time have a mall with all the brands for shopping. The dining experience was fantastic and the breakfast to remember. I can't wait to come back here again. A special remark to the concierge of the Raffles. They organised a private guide for me and my wife for the full day of our stay. The person was so knowledgeable that one day we were fully immersed in the secret life of a Sultan and a normal person living in this vibrant city.

The service by everyone was incredible. The Butlet services were beyond my expectations. We had a vow ceremony and they were so helpful to make it special. My only complaint was the service in the Bosphorus lounge was not great. We had our celebration dinner there. They didn’t put down a table cloth or place mats. They put down napkins only.
