We only stayed one night, we used this hotel as it was dog friendly. Its hard to do a proper opinion as we arrived on Sunday night and left Monday morning, due to having a dog there was now where to eat, we had a burger at 8pm. The rooms are so small, wouldn't look again.

A warm welcome by your receptionist. Local bus not far away. Lovely clean room. Would have benefitted from cheaper parking and a kettle in the room for coffee etc.

Clean, safe, well managed hotel with secure motorcycle parking. Ideally located south of the centre close to the tram & trollybus. The friendly, local staff make it a pleasure and the buffet breakfast is served in a large bright airy space offering a wide variety for a perfect start to your day.

Stayed here as it looked good value for money and it was exactly that the hotel was in a good location and it was quiet the bed was comfortable the breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful i would highly recommend this place to stay in Rouen

We needed an overnight stop on our journey home and booked the hotel at the last minute. We were a bit concerned as previous stays at Ibis Budget hotels have had a bunk style bed over the main double bed so we were delighted to find a pull out third bed in the room. However this did make the room a bit tight. But as with previous stays the hotel was clean and tidy, just what was needed
