We have stayed in the hotel 4 times since December 2022. The front, bar and dining service staff are always lovely. The hotel location is very convenient. The breakfast offerings are decent. Unfortunately the room keeping is not as attentive - no tissues, not enough toilet paper, not enough towels and rooms (including bathrooms) have musty smell.

Having chosen to make a reservation as I was attending an event nearby, I also then chose to leave that event before it finished, hoping to visit the rooftop bar before it closed based on the published information, (announced as being open until 00:00). Arriving at the rooftop bar at 23:22 (on a Saturday night) I was told the bar was already closed for service. Incidentally, there didn't seem anybody available to serve in the ground floor bar either. Both disappointing and surprising. Presumably the hotel is doing so well it doesn't need the revenue!

The hotel was very well located, immediately opposite the train station. The room was a good size with a really comfortable bed. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Would certainly stay again.
