The bathroom in my room was badly in need of some improvements, the basin had a large split in it and the toilet looked like the original one - both needs replacing.

Good location, poor front office & room condition

Positives: Good location, great view, heated indoor pool, free parking, convenient to get food. Negatives: Poor check-in experience (FO staff just rushed through info during check in), rooms need upgrading (hair dryer keeps stopping, ageing furniture, dirty kitchen appliances, etc), lack of clear signages when moving within the hotel as there are 3 towers (getting to the pool, reception, etc) Overall: Just OK.

The location of the hotel is great and within walking distance of everything in Surfer's Paradise. The resort facilities are great and modern. Loved the indoor pool, spa and sauna and the beach area too. The free parking for guests is really wonderful, it is secure and safe! The only downside is that the rooms are a bit dated, I think they could do with some renovations. Also, the beds need to have electric blankets or something to cater for those cold winter nights. We only had one spare blanket in our apartment and my kids were freezing on some nights. Otherwise, great stay will definitely recommend.

With six of us staying the three bedroom configuration and size of the apartment suited our group well. Plenty of room two bathrooms and three toilets and great views - would have been nice to get two car spaces instead of one but council car park was only a few minutes walk away
