Stayed in a 3 bdrm apartment with my family, it was beautiful and sunny with a great view. Awesome facilities including the swimming pool, spa and cafe.

We thought maybe the ability to use a towel fir use whilst utilising the pool and spa would have been normal instead of having to “buy” one at reception. It was inconvenient to use the towels supplied in the apartments as this would render them wet and cold for use in the apartment upon returning there after a swim. The supply of a tiny little carton of milk In The fridge we felt was a little inadequate for 4 people and we had to go out again to purchase milk for ourselves.

We had a very good experience overall, the apartment was lovely staff were friendly. Kids loved the pool. Few minor things like fan blades were dirty and for the 7 day stay more dish washing powder and laundry liquid was needed

3 Nights at Mantra Crown, great hotel with fun pools for kids, very helpful staff, extremely hard bed that needs replacing. Walking few minutes to Tram and centre Surfers. Will stay again with a new bed. No room cleaning which is poor but apart from that a good stay.

The facilities were clean and accessible. Room was comfortable, spacious (2 bedroom ocean view), view was beautiful and balcony was lovely. The utensils and crockery were dirty. Rooms need an upgrade, they are very dated. I rate this as a 3 star accommodation.
