Adjacent building site woke the six family members at 6.05 am every morning. Spa pool to cold to use

At BreakFree, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. I can see that you booked on the Accor website and can confirm that construction is advised in the property description on the main page for Diamond Beach. We are unfortunately unable to make any change to the construction sites. Unfortunately, there were some repairs needed for the outdoor spa during your stay, but i can confirm the second spa was in full working order during this time. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Sincerely,

Great location to mall and easy drive to the theme parks. Facilities were a bit run down but had everything we needed for a week away from home. Spacious rooms, two bathrooms, functional kitchen and laundry.
