The hotel is conveniently located for those attending events at the Convention Center and is also within easy walking distance of the green areas along the Brisbane river. It is surrounded by a wide variety of dining options. It is also within walking distance of excellent museums and other cultural venues.

We stayed 5 nights in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with washer dryer, with great views of the river and city skyline. Mantra Southbank Brisbane is a brilliant place to stay & base yourself whilst in Brisbane. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting beautiful restaurants on the banks of the river and finding hidden gems in the surrounding areas. It is a very short walk to the train station, QPAC, the Conservatorium of Music, and just over the bridge is the city center. All the staff at Mantra Southbank are fabulous, they are all extremely helpful friendly and very professional. In short the staff they have employed are fantastic. Gia on the Front Desk was so lovely and helped us out with a few things, in fact all the reception & restaurant staff were great. We will definitely be staying at Mantra Southbank again.

General location and my room were great. Check-in experience OK - could be improved by a brief explanation about available facilities (pool, gym, etc). As someone with dietary restrictions, the morning food service offerings seemed very limited. My room was beautifully maintained by housekeeping staff throughout my stay.

I can’t fault the location but our room was covered with mould. Surface cleanliness was moderate. The walls were all scuffed, benches chipped, curtains and shower were dirty and covered with mould. We were supplied with 2 towels for a 4 person booking and house keeping removed the additional towels we requested. Parking also hiked an additional $10 when compared with the email I was sent a few days prior to stay.
