The hotel is a bit far from Lyon, but the place is very calm at night compared to a room near the city center if you go there by public transportation, be ready to walk half an hour from the closest bus stop. The room was very clean and decently maintained, the receptionist was polite and helpful .The room was correctly sized relative to the price paid. I would go there again no problem.

It w. way too h.. There w. no way to open a window without letting bugs in (no bug screen). There w. a foul odor in the r., which s. like someone had puked there.

Too hot, no air, too noisy! Room 217

They say you get what you pay for, still the price is a little high for what I got. A 140cm-ish bed, a 50cmx50cm table, and 2 (stacked) chairs in a room just big enough to fit it all...This was complemented by an on-suite where I could either go to the toilet, brush you teeth, or shower...I needed to choose wisely which one because it's "or", not "and". I paid on-line, didn't have the breakfast, my only interaction with the staff was to pay the traveler's tax and the noise the cleaning ladies were making in the hallway as they were turning-over the rooms. All-in-all this was okay but my gripe is twofold. 1-please change the outside facing color of the blackout curtain of the window to white. As is it's black and made my non-ventilated room a real sauna! "Why not simply open the window?", you may ask. That bring me to n°2. 2-right outside my window was the car wash and gas station of the neighboring supermarket. Even when no one is washing their car the compressor made a racket no one can sleep through! So you get what you pay for, but considering the amount of sleep I got, the cost per hour of shut-eye isn't cheap!

Great place to stay for a night. Unfortunately the info said the hotel was refurbished- this didn’t include the bathroom, when the shower was in use the water leaked out of the bathroom door!

The Accord platform is a fraud

I payed 10 euro more to have the option to cancel my reservation. Then I needed to cancel it but the Accord site doesn't reconize my reservation number and the phone numbers was not working!! I lost my money.Very bad experience
