Charged twice…. Not happy Poor breakfast and in the middle of nowhere, avoid like the plague

We arrived here for a 1 night stay . When we got up to the room the full window fell out on us and injured my partner . We was then moved to a different room where the key card only worked every 30 mins . Outside or is next to a homeless centre and in a very rough area . There was a smashed up car in the car park . We did not feel safe here after an hour of moving rooms we decided to leave and book somewhere else . Toilet in room disgusting and not clean . Avoid at all costs .

Concernant, le bâtiment ceci est un centre pour personne en difficulté et non un bâtiment pour "SDF". Navré que l'emplacement géométrique ne fût pas à votre goût. Malheureusement c'est une des rares chose auquel nous pouvons y contribuer. Nous vous informons aussi que l'établissement dispose de caméras de surveillance 24h/24 pou la sécurité de nos clients et du personnel. Bien Cordialement.

Very satifsied the bedding qnd the cleanliness of the room In a room for 4 with bunk beds we even managed to fit a baby bed so it was quite spacious Checking-in past repection hours was made very easy by the machine outside and the information given by reception on the phone prior to arrival
