I was so positively surprised by this hotel! We had a family room, quiet and clean. Beds were very comfy and aircon was working. There was water and tea in the room with a kettle. The bathroom was very clean and everything was working. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind to us :-) The restaurant served delicious meals which were freshly cooked. Breakfast was a buffet to die for with a variety of dishes also cooked fresh. Coffee fantastic. Prices more than reasonable. All in all it was a really enjoyable experience and while in Warsaw I will definitely stay again!

Overall experience good. Something was wrong with tartar the rastaurant serves. The guest taht ordered it experienced some stomachache after the meal.
