Your biggest asset is super amazing and pet friendly staff. Actually it was my business trip and i was planning to stay in other hotel, but as my 5 years daughter was traveling with me she insist to stay in your hotel to see little kittens which we met for our last visit. Your staff is simply super friendly and great. Thank you for the nice stay.

There are some really good things about this hotel, such as the reception/food staff, the food, location, outside area, and the staff are extremely good at making you feel good on special occasions. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff work hard to keep it this way. However, having stayed here almost 6 months, I have had problems with housekeeping to the point I have to micromanage the cleaning of my room and the housekeeping manager is now rude. The housekeeping door opposite bangs around 50 times an hour some days and it's impossible to get any peace or sleep in when you need it. The door used to be propped open and so there was no issue. There are large events downstairs the lobby/restaurant area every day and it's sad that hotel guests can't enjoy this area much without loud noise and large crowds. My phone is also not fixed after all this time and I'm not updated on anything. I honestly think at this point that the management would rather that I leave than address the issues. I also feel uncomfortable about the way I'm treated after having made complaints, customer service needs to be improved.

Regarding the door banging, we checked all doors on your floor, according to our safety standards, the door must be closed by itself. Regarding the events and crowed restaurant, please be kindly informed that we can always prebook place for you, in case you need it, and as for the noise, it does not last after 11:00pm, following the law. Regarding the phone, it is fixed in your room since first request and if any additional information or help is needed, we are always happy to assist. I will share your comments with our team. I am sure that this feedback will serve as an encouragement to all of our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. Quirky but good, needs improvements

This new (ish?) hotel has lovely staff, comfortable bed, decent shower, good aircon, good wifi – the essentials of a hotel room these days. What the room lacks, however, is shelf space and towel rails in the bathroom. Breakfast choice limited and they couldn't cook the special I ordered because the salmon was still frozen. But hey, I wasn't there for a gourmet breakfast! Pity coffee machine wasn't working on our last morning, though.

Quite hotel, but breakfast service should improve, today was served frozen bread :-(, generally Ibis standard rooms, clean and tidy. Surroundings - next to football stadium, opposite side is changing to international quarter - turkish, arab, indian.
