Stayed in Parklane for 3 nights recently, its not our first time but this hotel manages to still be fresh looking with recent updates. Strong Points: 1. Nicely designed lobby, newly renovated rooms is awesome 2. Great food offerings, breakfast here is top notch 3. great location and views 4. The bar on top floor have amazing views 5. Club Lounge that is really best we've been to on a Accor Hotel (must add to club access room) Weak Points: 1. not much really, the gym is under renovation so its underwhelming Thanks for the experience we will surely stay here again in the future, Ed

We chose The Park Lane for our annual visit to our family in Hong Kong, as they have a Family Room (choice of 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, and a sofa bed), and the room rate was reasonable (I was able to use a good number of ALL Reward Points as well as a Stay Plus - Accor Plus benefit). Also, we read on the hotel's website that it had recently been refurbished. As an ALL Gold member, we were anticipating that we would get a room facing Victoria Park as an upgrade. On arrival, I found the lobby befitting that of a Pullman Hotel, but, when we checked in, our children decided that they would rather sleep on separate beds, so Florance, who checked us in, said she would be able to arrange such a room for us. Going up to the room, we were puzzled that the room had yet to undergo refurbishment, which was a little disappointing. However, as we had a tight schedule, we decided not to ask for a change of room. We stayed there from 8 to 11 June 2024 and from 13 to 19 June 2024. What I liked: The hotel is in a good location, and there are plenty of food and shopping options in the area. As such, we did not use the food and bevarage options in the hotel, apart from Ebb & Flow, where we had our Welcome Drinks, unfortunately we missed out on the Afternoon Tea. If you are here purely for business, this hotel is good for that as well, the Skye Bar offers spectacular views of the skyline. It is reasonably close to the Causeway Bay MTR station and both buses and trams a short walk away. The hotel is adjacent to Victoria Park, which is a good place for exercise. The room is a good size, easily accommodating the 4 of us - our little one used the sofa bed which is big enough for 2 children. The view of the park is nice, and we could see part of the harbour, even though we were on the 8th floor. I was delighted by the Welcome Amenity, a banana and an orange with a few local sweets and biscuit, presented in a plastic container resembling a bamboo steamer. This is the most presentable Welcome Amenity I have been given in my short time as an ALL Gold member. The beds are reasonably comfortable, and you can request firmer pillows if you find them too soft. The housekeepers who served us on our floor are very polite and helpful. Also, the doormen are also impressive, particularly the clean shaven one was able to welcome us back to the hotel when we returned on 13 June, after we had been away for two days. The room decor grew on us soon enough, and we found that the room decor was quite pleasing on the eye, we were more than happy to return to it each day. What I did not like: While it is commendable that single use plastics have been eliminated from the room, the water filter that is provided has too small a capacity, especially for a Family Room (you have to fill the tank over and over again, more than once a day), and I fear that it is the provision of such a facility that has eliminated an item such as a Nespresso - quite common in equivalent hotels in our home country, an in another Accor property in Hong Kong that we stayed in last year. It is quite unacceptable to provide Nescafe Classic which is usually never seen in high-end properties. We resorted to buying a 6 litre bottle of distilled water. The hot water for the shower/bath does not run hot enough, particularly if you wish to take a bath, or if you need relief from insect bites. There is no swimming pool (apparently we did not realise or expect this, since this is supposed to be a Pullman hotel), but it is not a dealbreaker for us. The Welcome Drinks can only be redeemed in Ebb & Flow. This is a curious thing as most Accor properties have no such restrictions. Conclusion The Park Lane was for us indeed a home away from home, and we were able to go about our business as well as our family meetings smoothly, and have a good night's sleep afterwards.

Stayed 3 nights on holiday in Hong Kong. Location was great in Causeway Bay. Easily accessible by MTR 5 min away along with other public transport options nearby. Located in the heart of the shopping district.

All good experience. Quality of rooms nice, aircondition very comfortable. Breakfast choice good quality. Only low point is the water supply in the room. Only two small water aluminum cans and then a water purifier system that is not suitable from my perspective for better level hotels (I don’t know when last cleaning, whatnot status of filters, what was in the water tank…). Would wish to have larger water bottles, sealed as is the standard. Youncan choose a sustainable brand and product.
