Hotel is modern and helpful staff. Unfortunately the roof top bar and dining was closed for renovations. It’s disappointing this was happening in the summer.

Location of the hotel is very convenient to tourist spots, close Myeongdong station. Minutes from Myeongdong market. Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and speaks English. Annie at the reception is very helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

Was nothing like the pictures when I booked online, it was very run down, mould in the shower. The doona was as thin as a piece of paper, one thin old pillow on the bed. I was so upset when I arrived and saw the room it had wall paper peeling from the wall. I booked for two nights and wondered how I would stay two nights here. It was really horrible

Our stay at this Hotel was amazing. The Hotel is situated in between a local area with many shops and a view on the mountain and Namsang Cable Car. The staff was very friendly and Annie gave us a warm welcome. Our room was clean and the view was amazing. Really good!
