Nice hotel. Friendly staff. We especially enjoyed the service provided excellent breakfast buffet by Ireka . She was friendly and polite and provided excellent service. Rooms were clean and well serviced and price very reasonable. Hotel has good safety features with their elevators.

Horrible. We reported to the desk at about 7 pm that there was a plumbing problem in our room. When it was not repaired, we went to the desk and reported again, three more times through about 1:30 am. At 2 am they said it couldn't be fixed and that we would need to get out of bed, pack our belongings and be moved to another room. We are 77 years old, have travelled frequently and never heard of an experience like this anywhere!

I had a fantastic stay at the Pullman Montparnasse Paris! The location was perfect for my needs as I attended a conference next door. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a modern, stylish touch. My room was spotless, with impressive attention to cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the luxurious linens ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff was plentiful and always helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!

Stayed here for a couple days, the hotel is quite modern, in a lovely part of Paris. The reception staff are friendly and explained the hotel well. The room was not huge but large enough. Nice shower, comfortable bed. Partial view from room across Paris. The USB ports unfortunately don’t work near the bed. The toiletries are in large bottles attached to the wall. Nice enough, though two of the bottles dispensers didn’t work. Had to dismantle the dispenser to get any shower gel! You do get Nespresso coffee, and gowns etc. The breakfast is quite a free for all given the large number of guests, but the selection of food is excellent. Need more chefs on the eggs though as the queue was huge. Since nice bars and bistro’s nearby.
