I BOOKED THROUGHT THE ACCOR RESERVATION CENTRE BUT THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE FLYING OUT OF AUSTRALIA I RECIEVED AN EMAIL SAYING THE FULL PAYMENT WAS DUE UPON ARRIVAL. I RANG THE RESORT TO EXPLAIN I HAD GIVEN ALL MY CARD DETAILS TO THE RESERVATIONS PERSON BUT THEY DID NOT TAKE THE PAYMENT AND I HAD ARRANGED TO HAVE THE FUNDS TRANSFERED TO MY ACCOUNT TO BE ABLE TO SETTLE THE ACCOUNT AS I USUALLY DO AT THE END OF OUR STAY BUT I WAS TOLD IT WAS THEIR POLICY TO TAKE PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL. THE NEXT DAY I HAD TO RUSH TO THE BANK TO ARRANGE THE FUNDS TO BE IN THE ACCOUNT BEFORE HEADING TO THE AIRPORT. THEN ON THE FIRST MORNING WHEN WE ATTENDED BREAKFAST WE WERE TOLD WE NEEDED TO PAY FOR BEAKFAST EVERYDAY. BUT I TOLD THEM TO PUT THE CHARGE TO OUR ROOM. THE NEXT MORNING THE SAME THING HAPPENED SO I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO MADE THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE ALL OUR CHARGES PUT ON THE ROOM SO WE COULD SETTLE THE ACCOUNT WHEN WE CHECKED OUT. FROM THEN ON THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFULL AND WE HAD A PLEASANT STAY.
