Myself, my wife, our 5 year old and little dog visited the hotel for 1 night stay. Upon booking I did highlight it was our Wedding Anniversay and my wife's Birthday. Normally a hotel would at least acknowledge this with chocolates and bottle of something in the room. There was no acknowledgement of this throughout our stay which was disappointing. Again normally they will provide dog bowl or a treat in the room but nothing. The hotel was clean and staff were polite room was good and plenty of space compared to other London hotels. Used the swimming pool which was decent enough, but please warm up the changing room it was colder than a fridge not fun getting a toddler dry in there. Overall though for a quick stop not too bad

Well located but disappointed

Check in is smooth. Room is too small for 3 adults with no toothbrush, earbuds, comb etc as compared to other Novotel that I had stayed before. The shower foam was never refilled until I had to contact the housekeeping. Very disappointing for the amount I had paid with the room and services.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. In regards to the amenities that you have mentioned missing for the rooms. those ones are not provided by default in our bedrooms. Although they can be requested and we are happy to provide them in the room complimentary. Referring to the room size, the Superior Premium Room with 1 Queen bed and 1 extra single sofa bed which has been reserved, normally can accommodate indeed up to 3 people. All of our bedrooms on that category are listed as 24 square meters; the only other bigger room that this category would be Executive Rooms, which they are always subject to availability and normally would have a price range difference between £35-50 per night. Lastly, after cross checking our inbox we seemed that we have not received your email correspondence. If you happen to have the possibility to retrieve it and forward it to me directly, I could follow up accordingly.
