I was with ny family for 1 week. I found the bathroom' walls dirty, like snots. The tap in the bathroom was not shine.no hand towel in the bathroom. The cleaner did not change the cups during the week. During the week the cleaner change the sheets at once.

The receptionist in the lobby was quite rude & did not answer any questions I asked her. She was also impatient. My room also had a dirty pillow, and the whole hotel smelled a bit of smoke. There's also only one bathing product - 3 in 1 body wash/shampoo/conditioner & no hand soap.
