No breakfast option for vegetarian people, staff was rude and did not help.

Clean and impressive room, Nice central location, very useful underground parking and an excellent breakfast the next morning before we had to continue our journey further South. Lovely staff and the whole family have said that they would definitely stay at the hotel again if we are are ever in Rouen.

From this holiday as guests at the Novotel Suites Rouen only positive sensations and comments. A helpful and kind staff, present 24 hours a day. An excellent location, with a bus stop a few steps from the hotel which allows you to reach both the city center and other points of interest in the surroundings of Rouen. We were also happy and satisfied with our room, with a good living space where we could relax and enjoy the various comforts. I recommend you choose Novotel Suites Rouen for a stay in the city. We will do the same next year to return to explore Normandy.
