Close to the train station, good breakfast

The hotel is close to the central train station and 15minutes away from city centre. The breakfast was very good, but the room was very small with old furniture and bad insulation. You could hear everything from the rooms around!

1) The hotel is worn and in need of renovation. Curtains are dirty, have holes. There was a brown spot on the bed linen. Looking in corners of the bedroom and bathroom reveals necessity of a deep clean. 2) The heating didn't work. Front desk person # 1 said to open the radiators. Upon returning from dinner, the room was still freezing. Front desk person #2 said the heating was shut off in summertime (June). Great. They brought as a small space heater which worked surprisingly well. Breakfast, parking and location all good, but with so many options in the neighborhood, why stay here? At EUR 300, it wasn't exactly cheap.
