The room is way too small, you have to take a dump in a cubicle, I found paper on the scrambled eggs from breakfast and to finish my not so excellent experience, someone was able to open my room's door and left it open. Gladly my things were not stolen but I didn't feel safe there anymore. I tried talking to the front desk about what happened and they were pretty rude and ignored me.

Worst hygiene ever!! How can you even have a license to run a hotel?

Facilities are in very bad shape, cleanliness and hygiene are out of the picture. Unwillingness to service is prevalent. Consumer rights not respected. Labour rights and work tools bad. Will never stay with this brand again and make sure no one I know does.

Well located, confy, but noisy

I liked my room a lot, and would've loved it if i hadn't woken up at 5am with men speaking very loudly, followed by a couple's very vocal phone call. Since there are no phones in the room, I'd have to get changed in order to alert staff about the noise, which was very inconvenient. In the end, despite the good room, I slept very poorly.
