The hotel is well located, close to the metro and the main bus station. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast was solid, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Special praise for Nikola who works at the reception, who is always willing to help and provide information. The only downside of the hotel is that it does not have a luggage storage.

I booked nigth for my team (3 people week 1, 4 people week 2, 3 people week 3) and for Week 2 and week 3 I faced very big communication issues with the Ibis Employee at the hotel : really not helpfull. booking week 1 done through the website, highly more easy than by mail or phone with the hotel team member.

Overall okay, the breakfast on sunday morning was a catastrophy. So many people at the same time, we were queing for 20 minites and even after that I had to clean the tables becasuse around 20% of the free tables were not cleaned. Its not the cleaning ladies mistake, they were doing their best. But management need to assess and organise the breakfast staffing way better if they see that the hotel is full of people. Also the guy at the front desk should help cleaning the tables and refill the food. At the morning there is no check in and check out is just dropping the keys into a box so I guess he would have the time for it. So bottom line, management need to look into this and organise better. Otherwise the room is fine, was also clean under the beds so that is good. One more thing, the shower gel was barely enough for 2 days and was originally filled around 20%. So a bit more of that would have been nice.
