Nice hotel in a decent location. AIR CONDITIONING IN ROOM DOESN’T BLOW COOL AIR WHICH MADE THE ROOM VERY UNCOMFORTABLE DURING THE NIGHT.

Had a pleasant stay, verry friendly and efficient staff. Was disappointed that motorcycles were not allowed in garage but was afforded a secure compound for parking. Great breakfasts.

For many years I have atteded business meetings at the Novotel in Aachen, and it has always been a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is very good. This year I missed pens and paper at the conference - maybe we got spoiled in the past years - and the rooms vere very warm (and couldn't be cooled down)....
