Overall a reasonable stay although the hotel feels a bit old and dated. Very comfortable room & bed though, but dirty marks on carpet. My iron leaked, took to reception & promptly remedied. The lift when it opened on one of the floors, the bottom of the lift wasn't flush with the floor so you had to step up a little, didn't feel that comfortable in the lifts after that! I had requested a room away from the lifts, & it was in my Accor profile, I was given a room right next to the lifts (?). Staff good overall although a few more smiles would be nice. Really great breakfast options, lots to choose from & very tasty. Location good, about 15-20 minute walk to convention centre & Te Papa. Close to dining options & supermarkets also nearby.

Charlotte Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Our family of four stayed three nights at the Novotel in Wellington. The location is perfect and is within easy walking distance of everything. Our silver Accor membership also provided some good add-ons - a room on a higher level with views of the harbour, cheap meals, kids have breaky for free, etc. Very reasonably priced for what you get.
