This hotel is located 10 min walk from the railway station and 15 min walk from the historical center of the town. The person at the front desk seemed slightly stressed, menu at the hotel lobby bar varies depending on day (themed?). Breakfast nice, rooms in need of some updates in the near future. Everything works. All in all fine.

I was very pleased with the staff interactions both at Front of House as I arrived, and at the bar (and briefly on departure in the morning). There were some niggles in the room, particularly regarding electrics.

The hotel is a short walk from Leuven train station and the historic downtown area, with many restaurants and sights nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in the restaurant is good.

A big thank you should be given to your front desk staff who go out of their way to make sure guests have an enjoyable and happy stay. Theodora and the morning team are efficient and welcoming. The evening team are also always there no matter how late your train arrives!
