My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable, great central location with lovely sweeping views, great amenities for adults and kids and the restaurant also provided lovely food. Most of all, the staff were friendly and always provided great customer service. It ticks all the boxes and I would definitely stay again on my next visit to the Barossa Valley.

Great view- good size rooms. We booked both nights in the on- site restaurant as we were told the menu was changing after the first night but it didn’t and we probably would have gone elsewhere had we known as the menu was limited.

This hotel had it all! Great room with a lovely view, plenty of facilities for families, very nice food and to top it off, daily free wine tastings on site with local wineries. Highly recommended

What an amazing team of people. The staff at this resort truely make the place. The customer service was spectacular from every single member of staff. They all appeared to be happy in their jobs. I mentioned a piece of damaged furniture to the front desk staff and was immediately upgraded to a spa room which was a total surprise to me. I also gave feedback in the dining room and my meal was removed from the bill without question. The food was not bad just not what I had expected. The location of the resort is great for a number of places. They hold nightly wine tasting which is hosted by a variety of independent wineries who bring in a variety of wines to taste. Great choice of included breakfast choices. I would stay in the future for sure
