Convenient for Bordeaux, about 30x minutes from the old town with parking & EV charging stations, a bonus for us. Comfortable rooms & helpful staff. Restaurant reasonable, limited choice but tasty. Breakfasts good offering a cooked selection as well as the usual coffee & croissants!

Positive: privilege room with sofa is larger. Bathroom is roomy, friendly housekeeping ladies. Hotel has parking and a bar/ restaurant. To improve: larger closet, noisy vibration from the vent of the restaurant on the ground floor ( below our room), no acknowledgement on personal room request email, indifferent front desk staffs. Parking security gate was broken/being repaired. We basically parked the car, checked in prepaid room, need no housekeeping service, had couple bar drinks purchase, checked out two nights later. Nothing memorable. Nothing offensive either.

Very friendly staff!! Excellent breakfast. We first got a room with lots of issues (Noise, fridge and airco not working, electric socket out of the wall, mold on the bath, shower bar wasn't fixed.. but, upon our first request we got another room within 15 minutes.
