The key for the room was not working, no soap in the shower, no dental kit available, except location of the hotel every thing is under performance when compared to the rest of the hotels in Toulouse.

Location was too far from transportation and shops and restaurants.

The staff was friendly but there weren’t enough towels and the toilet paper was low and not replenished. There was no bathmat for stepping out of the shower. The hairdryer was broken. Lots of things could be improved. The pillows were awful.

Excellent except we were not happy with the use of undersheet plastic covers which made sleeping difficult due to the containment of heat

The hotel is basic. Carpet in the room had a big stain. Beds were not comfortable and there weren’t sufficient pillows. The fold out bed blocked access to the bathroom. The restaurant was also not very good: greasy food and the fish was terrible. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.
