The hotel took 500 Euros guarantee deposit, as if i am a new guest tobthe hotel, while I am a gold member of Accor group, up to this date i did not get my money refunded. This is a rip off and not acceptable

All our teams are sincerely sorry to learn that your stay was not up to your expectations. Please note that you wasn't ripped off, we made a preautorisation of the amount of the night + 50 € per person per night on the arrival to allow the charge of extras on your room. It's not a payment even if you see it as a payment on your account. As you ave a foreigner credit card, it can take 2/3 weeks to disapeer from your account, sorry for that but we cancelled your preautorisation the day of your departure, it's a bank problem.
