Have stayed before, but this time felt facilities were showing signs of wear and tear. Eg Room 205 - bath plug broken and not functioning, pull knob on shower tap broken, bedside lamp defective, door handles hitting frame and wearing it away. I would have thought that these should have been reported by cleaning staff and action taken a maintenance team. On the positive side - we found the Star War themed parking areas a stroke of genius !
