Very average. Not worth the price in my opinion. Location is ok. Industrial area with no many places to eat or go on evenings. I personally needed a taxi in and out a couple of times a day. Pictures on website shows rooms with kettle. Ours didn’t. We asked but none were provided. Aircon don’t really do much. Temp is pre set and you cannot make it cooler if want. I have struggled with the heat in the room. Breakfast is not the best but ok. Rude attendant on breakfast room and bar. She’s not polite and shouts when you ask a question. Would I go back? I don’t think so. Food good on the restaurant!

Rooms are clean and comfortable with a quirky shipping line design. Staff were friendly. Location is quiet and relatively convenient, but it is a 10-15 minute walk to local eating/drinking areas.

I usually do not write negative rewies but I'm fed up with the fact in this hotel Accor benefits are not being respected. I have Platinum status and I had to remind at check in that I'm entitled to welcome drink. Upon reservation I asked for the room with good view and I've got courtyard view, not the canal. The rest was Okay, everything was spotlessly clean, beds very comfy. Hotel is quite far from the city center
