There were some issues I noticed in the room that was given to me, Room #: 304. I informed those issues to front desk receptionist before I check out and asked them to provide a feedback form, as I didn't receive feedback form even after 2 days, I filled one in Ibis accure website with my booking reference number. However, after I filled the feedback form I am receiving survey emails about my stay, which means my submitted review is not yet reached the Ibis Brussels Airport hotel, I noticed following issues, 1. No hot water in the sink. 2. Air-conditioning was inefficient. 3. Smoke sensor looks not working, (I didn't test it). The location is convenient, close to the airport, especially for catching early flights. Uber/taxi is ~20€ (15min). The staff are friendly and efficient, which made check-in and check-out quick and easy. The room was clean and functional, though a bit small and basic, which is to be expected for an Ibis. The bed was not comfortable, as it is too tiny. The Wi-Fi worked well, and a limited selection of TV channels.. One downside was the noise; being so close to the airport, I could hear planes almost every minutes, I was expecting the rooms to be soundproof though it wasn’t overly disruptive. Overall, Ibis Brussels Airport is a practical option for a short stay or layover. While it’s not luxurious, it offers good value for its proximity to the airport.
