I sent an email for info about breakfast: no answer I made a request during booking: no answer they wrote to me because they couldn't pre-authorize the credit card (the same one with which I then paid and have always paid in all the ibis), I gave them another card and suggested they cancel the booking and that I would rebook and pay from the site: no answer I arrived at 5 am (having warned them): the receptionist couldn't speak English (or italian or spanish), she wanted to make me pay more and not accept their promotion. i just wanted to sleep 5h. (this was the welcome drink for the silver status?)

Quiet and clean hotel. The room fitted all my family members ( 02 adults and 02 children). Very delicious breakfast as usual in Accor hotels. The only negative point is the elevator. Just One fonctioning elevator was a misery especially when you have a very young child. Because of the crowd a was compelled to Carry my boy and my luggage and use the stairs just to not miss the train.

well located but bad shower experience because either the water came out boiling or it came out very cold, with no middle ground.
