Pullman in Blagnac is very well located. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, focus on Customer satisfaction. What could be better is the Fitness room, rather small, and open to the restaurant / terrasse.

I stay at this hotel all the time, and this is the first time where I've asked for an additional pillow where I was almost shouted at by the young man behind the front desk saying it is impossible. The European pillows in the bedroom are useless, poor quality, out of shape, so trying to get some decent pillows sound be an easy ask. It was not. That said, dinner menu was better, but breakfast was not as good as the past. Restaurant staff are fantastic.

We completed a tour of Southern France on June 20, 2024, but did not fly back to the US until the following day. We arrived early and sleepy after a 2-hour drive. Lamiche Gregory and his staff provided an early check-in, an opportunity to rest before enjoying a delightful lunch in the hotel restaurant, and a taxi to the airport early the next morning. We took advantage of the exercise room and sauna in the afternoon and room service for dinner. Our room was comfortable, clean, and stylish--a fun place to while away a rainy afternoon. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating to our every request. Highly recommend this hotel for flying out of the Toulouse airport.
