I spent 4 days in Novotel paris nord expo aulnay. Pleasant service from reception, restaurant, and shuttle morning / evening to and from the Expo. All in all very satisfied with the visit.

Bare minimum service at its finest. Just a room. There was no iron in the room. Most hotels have that. When we asked reception they said they couldn't bring one up to us we had to go get it. The iron barely worked at that. Someone had to hold the cord. Some of the receptionist there were rude. If there's 2 people in a room why only one complimentary water bottle is given. Smallest elevator ever. Came to the room the first day and barely any toilet paper. Some type of construction going on on 2nd floor. Kept hear noises as the walls are thin. The only positive were the housekeepers who did our rooms every day. They cleaned and made sure we had fresh towels.

Stayed for 3 nights during family vacation in June’24. The hotel is situated far-off from the city centre. We were allotted 2 inter-connected rooms in 2nd floor. The rooms were spacious and fitted with one double and one single bed. The rooms were neatly done too. It had separate toilet and washroom, toilet was cramped, even opening door was difficult. Washroom was clean and provided with clean towel. The room had safe lockers, regular room cleaning was done on request. The buffet breakfast had limited options and was repetitive. Though lifts were available, but these were small, we as a group had to wait for some time. Overall a comfortable stay.
