I visited this hotel with some close friends, on a trip to get away from the travails of work for a little break. Check in was nice and easy. While there were a couple of hiccups with being on the breakfast list and loyalty checkout perks, the team at the hotel was able to sort them out quickly, efficiently, and with minimal impact. Kudos to the Supervisor at the front desk (whose name escapes me, apologies) who was able to sort things out and even help use up my dining and spa rewards effortlessly. James at the bar took great care of us when we were catching some football matches, and makes an exquisite espresso martini. Glecia at the spa was incredible with the massage I had, I felt brilliant after. The team up top at the rooftop pool were warm, attentive, and friendly. We had a great time whenever we were relaxing up there. All in all, we had a lovely time in a great location. And I would happily go back again.

Nice modern big rooms suitable for longer stay. Location in Sliema is good, easy access to ferry and bus to Valletta. Busses and ferries can be quite busy so in peak season that could be a problem. Room service could be better, there was a bad smell in the shower, was fixed after complaining but should have been fixed before room is let out. Some shelfs remained dusty during our 6 nights stay even I used my finger to write a comment "I'm dirty" in the dust

A few days, room was clean and beautiful. Lights outside couldn't be turned off which was annoying when I went to sleep. Room was private and amenities (gym, pool) were appreciated. Breakfast was good.

Room lovely, Rooftop pool lovely, Breakfast not great variety for vegan options and the milk for cereal wasn't on ice so was too warm. Breakfast very crowded and busy. Some vegan yoghurt and more fruit options would be good. Indoor pool had too much chlorine in it made our eyes burn just by sitting by the pool so felt we couldn't use the facilities that long. Steam room was set way too hot that it was painful. Sauna was lovely. Indoor pool had quiet sign but lots of children screaming on most days we went down to the pool so not happy with this not being stuck to. Bar was lovely, football could have been quieter in volume doesn't really make the hotel feel luxurious with loud football on.
