Room was fine and well set out, problem with the drain in the shower that was fixed after I told reception. Checkin and check out was quick and front desk people were pleasant. The man at the desk in the executive lounge was rude and not welcoming. During the stay there were some noisy guests in a large group on my floor.

Excellent location, only complaint is that the pool is not clear. It's either the filtration system not working or the chemical imbalance. For the 5 star hotel this needs to be addressed, I did not feel comfortable to enter the pool that I can hardly see the bottom.
