Cold, corporate and lacking character. Miserable staff that don’t enjoy service. Room service was over an hour wait on the first night and on the second night they didn’t even pick up. When I did finally get a meal the fries were soggy as they are delivered under tin foil. There are plenty of better hotels for the same price.

I waited 50 minutes for the concierge. Even though the managers spoke to me, guaranteeing the concierge would be with me shortly. I had mould in the bathroom and NO towels. The worst thing was the pubic hairs in the bath. No one cares about me concerns. We spend $29,000 on accommodation each year AND they didn't care. Disappointed ☹️

I booked 2 rooms til 10pm checked in at 2:00 pm and advised of an additional $30 per room because it went past 3pm phoned the booking and not advised of this on the phone.
