Hotel bom, atendimento péssimo. Paguei com cartão na chegada e na saída tive procurar o comprovante pois não constava o pagamento no sistema. Café da manhã bom. Acredito que falta qualificação para os atendentes pois sequer demostram alegria no atendimento

We have a good experience but some points should be observed : cleaning with more care at the main entrance , the room’s bathroom, the TV is not working well ,

The hotel is well located, but needs a stop light at the cross road at front of the village on the highway. It’s very dangerous to make the U turn to the entrance of the hotel. Ibis has a diverse, great breakfast. Kitchen workers were really nice. But those at Reception needs training in hospitality, and the red sofa there at the reception needs to be renewed urgently. We stay at Ibis Igrejinha every year. We are grateful. Thank you !

The front office services staff was helpful, appreciate that, thumbs up. Daily housekeeping can be unpredictable some times, it may need more consistency, but overall fine with it. I Iike the location of hotel where it is quiet, it is important. Breakfast was good, but dinner was limited and the quality was below average, there is not much choice if you don't drive and prefer to eat around short walking distance, there is just a bar and a burger place nearby.
