We made our booking three weeks in advance and requested a special “Happy Birthday” message for our child. We also reminded the hotel twice before check-in, but when we arrived, there was no birthday message or decoration on the mirror as promised. The hotel itself is nice, but the service was very disappointing. Our check-in experience was also very poor. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but the service did not meet our expectations, especially for a simple request that had been confirmed multiple times.
