All staff need for more training, more understanding, and more experience when explaining to the customer

After checking in at your hotel, I would like to share some feedback. In my opinion, the hotel is not quite ready to be considered a five-star property yet. One of the areas that could be improved is communication. One of the receptionists had limited English skills, which made communication somewhat difficult, especially for international guests. I also noticed that the hotel does not offer basic alcoholic beverages such as beer or wine, which many international travelers and tourists may expect to have available at a five-star hotel. The food selection could also be improved. There are not enough Western options, and I found the prices to be quite high considering the quality and variety offered. In my opinion, the overall value for money does not yet match the pricing. I hope you will take this feedback constructively, as I believe these areas could be improved significantly and would help bring the hotel closer to the standards expected of a true five-star property.

Comfortable place to healing from the hectic city! The available facilities we need are very comprehensive.

Since we arrived, all beyond our expectation. The things that hotel must improve, as 5 star hotel, do not ever let the breakfast buffet and the equipment(such as plate, glass, etc) empty. Hotel must prepare all the things re-filled before it finish.

Satisfied place to have vacation with family

Some of your staff the at the pool bar were not friendly at all.. it seems like he supervisor level.. you need to train your staff with smile and greeting.. because your properties your running is not motel or losmen..

We stayed during the Maulid Nabi Holiday for 3 days. It was packed and there was corporate event, so the hotel vibe was kind of hectic. Hotel interior is good, room is spacious but lack of furniture (there was only 1 chair and 1 table). The staff were polite, but I notice also many were interns who might have not get proper training in hospitality and hygiene. For example, making cotton candy without gloves and use the same gloves to touch food & other things. Understandable, these interns were overwhelmed with sudden rush of guests coming. Food tasted palatable, breakfast option are various including Indonesian, Continental and Asian flavor with slightly high price. Dining area is comfortable and spacious, too. Kids club is one of the best. We just did not expect to have socks on. Although it is available for sale, the socks' quality is not playground standard (i.e. anti-slip socks). I witnessed someone was actually slipped and fell down very hard while wearing it, so it is not safe at all to wear in the playground. Also, this rule is discriminating because we were told firmly to wear socks, but I saw other kids playing around without their socks while the parent didn't even bother about it. There was even guardian still wearing shoes in the playground. In addition, kids can enjoy foam party and chocolate-hour which was awesome! We love the enormous infinity pool and kids pool. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere around the outdoor space. People were smoking freely and dip themselves into the pool without proper swimming attire (both kids and adults). I was expecting this resort is non-smoking, relaxing, fresh air environment in both indoor and outdoor facility. If people wanted to smoke, they should be provided a specific smoking area so they won't disturb other non-smoking guests. I know it is the guests manner, but I hope the hotel management would consider. Overall, I was expecting more than barely minimum from a resort with premium price. There are still room for improvements.

​1. Air Conditioning Issue Upon entering the room, I found that the air conditioning was broken. I informed the reception within the first hour, and an engineer was called, but the AC was still not fixed after two hours. My family, including a young child, suffered from the intense heat inside the room. It took an agonizing three hours and thirty minutes of enduring the heat before we were finally given a replacement room. Furthermore, we only received this room change after calling the Manager on Duty multiple times. We were promised that housekeeping would come to help us move, but after waiting 30 minutes, no one ever showed up. ​2. Check-out Experience During check-out, I had a lot of luggage and requested a bellboy. After calling for assistance, we waited 30 minutes for them to arrive. In the end, we decided to head down on our own and only bumped into the bellboy at the elevator. ​This was my worst experience ever at a hotel that claims to be a 5-star property.

Thank you for the hospitality during our stay. I would like to share some feedback that I hope can help improve the guest experience: 1. Staff attentiveness – I noticed that senior staff were rarely visible or involved in handling matters across the resort. Having more senior staff present and actively overseeing operations could improve the overall service experience. 2. Hot water – The water temperature was extremely hot and we could not properly adjust it to a comfortable warm or cool temperature. Please review the water temperature control for guest safety and comfort. 3. Ocean access – It would be great to have more direct access to the ocean/waves. I understand that the waves can be quite big, so perhaps a safe and controlled access area could be considered. 4. Pizza – Unfortunately, the pizza was just average in taste. I believe the quality and flavor could still be improved. 5. Reservation response – The response time to reservation emails was quite slow. A faster response would make the pre-arrival experience much better. 6. Playground safety – important – The playground flooring needs to be reviewed. My daughter fell and hit her head because of the condition/design of the floor. I strongly recommend that the management inspect the flooring and safety standards to prevent a more serious accident from happening to another child. 7. Birthday cake – Thank you very much for the birthday cake and the thoughtful compliment for my daughter. We really appreciated the kind gesture, and it made her birthday more special. 8. Towel counter too far from swimming pool Overall, I appreciate the team's hospitality, and I hope these comments can be taken as constructive feedback to further improve the resort experience and, most importantly, guest safety.

For the experiences and services all goods. When we arrived, we treated by welcome drink and chocolate tower and that very fun experiences. The next day, we did some attractions, which atv, and golf. The room was clean but we not found iron there, you can add that next time. Swimming pool clean, and it very fun because it direct to the beach. My suggestion, you can add more attraction like snorkling, flying fish or let say go kart. But overall it very nice experiences we ever had, and thanks for having us :)

A good stay for three days, indeed. The staffs were nice. However, we did find two tomcats in our room… Pest control must be enhanced.

The hotel quiet new, accor hospitality completely unfelt.. only kak nadia at front office did the well job.. a lot of bugs, not to mention it is not a smoke free hotel so youll expecting smoke trash and also unpleasant smell (since i believe it should be family friendly, that at least you should smoke at ONLY designated place that wont bother other guests. We should pay 150.000 rupiah just to borrow cuttleries, super odd i believe. One less point of family friendly resort. Jacuzzi hits different, it didnt separate between ladies and gent.. idk, it felt unusual for me. Not to mention slippery wet corridors from and to pool during some hours.. just think when you mind bringing little children in a family resort..

The hotel looks nice and staff is friendly, but...... thats already all about the positive.... As the staff is nice but not professional... I asked to redeem my Accor vouchers and they replied to me that the "Accor Mövenpick" is not participating Accor rules. This is complete wrong. Also we parked our cae in hotel and even had to pay for every single entry/exit. On checkout they told me parking is free if register in checkin. Normally the should inform during checkin.... Breakfast looks nice, but evwn the hot food is always cold. I think even this hotel ia more focused on local tourism as in this big resort with restaurents and so called bars they do not offer alcohol. I managed to find a bottle of beer outside. Even in hotel they looked long time to find a bottle opener and the one thwy found was the only one thwy have at the resort. Even a stupid bottle opener ia standars in every room in nor. al hotels. Also a lighter they did not have. Hotel is new (not yet 3 months) but already rotting. The walls around the doors crumble and the shower is leaking terrible. Also the room is full of bugs, even on floor15. Hotel is not to recommend as they dont use normal hotel standards...

1. Hotel Services : the receptionists are very welcome and good, and allow us to early check in at 1 PM 2. Room : Need pest control, still have tomcat insect on the room and the balcony. i need to recheck every corner to put spray insect repel to kill tomcat and clean up the room, because i brought my daughter holiday here, it's take up to 2 hour and recheck again in the evening before my family sleep. 2. Facilities : swimming pool and the beach are awesome, this the best part of this hotel. keep up for this point. 3. Breakfast : so so, the meat not warm and chewy. could be improve better due this 5 stars hotel. The cake texture is hard and feel not fresh, like it came straight out of the refrigerator. need breakfast time management too. too crowded at 8 am, limited seat. 4. kids indoor club playground : this one good, it's spacious and complete facilities : drink water, kids toilet too
