Located within a block of a subway station, this hotel is comfortable, efficient and thoughtful in approach. The large, “snack and beverage” lobby is a wonderful feature. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Room was fantastic, but glad we only had hand luggage as it was quite small. Would highly recommend.

Recently open the rooms are cleans and fresh, bed is comfortable with pyjamas supplied. Bathroom is roomy with a bath and good water pressure. Some rooms you can't open the blinds out all which is a bit weird.Ice machine only has small cups available so thats a bit if inconvenience. Breakfast is ok as it only bread based product like crossiants and such. Locations is good with multiple trams near by. Plenty of good food options also

We had a great stay and would book this hotel again. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The shared areas and our room were very clean. The beds were SUPER comfy - which was very welcomed after a day of lots of walking. My daughter enjoyed the library. The location was central and convenient to public transport options

Overnight stop after a long vacation.

Surprisingly well planned, compact room with a walk-in shower and a washer-dryer! Breakfasts are heavy in carbs, low on fruit and protein and the coffee is uninspired. A coffee machine that can make espressos and American style coffee would be an improvement. Eggs, meats, fish, cheese or even tofu would be a good fix. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very well located. Couple minutes away from the street car station. The staff were also nice and very helpful. They all spoke English which was a bonus for sure!

Lovely new hotel. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Excellent having a washer/dryer in your room. Made laundry so easy.

The breakfast was good. We loved the drinks and snacks at the Share Lounge. We didn't like there being no sink in the bathroom. Instead it was in the kitchen area and had no plug. The view was good and rooms very quiet.

A brand new hotel with good size rooms. The bed was so comfy. The staff are attentive and polite. The share lounge with drinks and snacks is a highlight. The only negative was we found the breakfast to be very limited in choice.. lots of bread.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Accor property in Hiroshima. The hotel was comfortable throughout, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One of the highlights was the lounge area — having snacks and drinks available made it a relaxing place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, which made the stay feel easy and stress‑free. Overall, a great experience and a hotel we’d happily return to.

The hotel is a bit small but is well located at center region on Hiroshima shopping area. Facilities are good especially the free flow snack and drink lounge, good relax place. The only drawback is the staff are most untrained, need to communicate multiple time and longer time to get things done. System need to be improve as well, the record is not well kept.
