Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review of your stay with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your week in Samos and especially pleased that Despoina was able to assist you during the stressful situation with your rental car. We will be sure to share your kind recognition with her. It is also wonderful to know that you enjoyed the comfort of your room, the beautiful views, and our breakfast offering. We sincerely appreciate the constructive feedback you have provided regarding the room lighting, storage space, parking, pool experience, beach access, and the guest areas available during periods of poor weather. As a newly opened hotel, comments such as yours are particularly valuable and help us identify opportunities to further enhance the guest experience. We were also sorry to read that we did not fully meet your expectations in every aspect of your stay. We strive to ensure that every guest feels welcome, cared for, and well looked after throughout their time with us, and we appreciate your honest observations. Thank you once again for your kind words about our team and for recognizing the efforts made during our opening period. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Nirema Samos MGallery in the future. Warm regards, The Nirema MGallery Samos Team
