As the resort continues to take shape, some areas remain under construction. While we are doing everything we can to ensure a comfortable stay, guests may occasionally notice activity on site or noise during working hours. Salterra Wellness & Spa, including KORR Gym, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and treatment rooms, is not yet open and is scheduled to welcome its first guests in winter 2026. Our team is always happy to help with any questions. Thank you so very much for your patience and understanding.

We had high hopes for this stay and ended up pretty disappointed.
It started right at arrival we pulled up with our bags and our dog, and nobody offered to help with the luggage. Then we got to the room and found a king size bed, even though we had booked a double. Small thing on its own, but it set the tone.
We brought our dog because the listing mentioned a welcome package for dogs. There was no welcome package. And the room turned out to be right next to construction work, so there was noise a good part of the day.
The part that really got to us was the pool and sauna. Nobody said a word when we made the reservation that the sauna wasn't working, or that the indoor pool was closed and only the outdoor one was open. It was cold that week, and the outdoor pool was freezing — completely unusable. So we basically had no pool and no sauna, which was half the reason we picked this place. If someone had just told us upfront, we would have booked somewhere else.
None of these things are impossible to fix. A bit of honesty at booking and a bit more attention at check-in would have changed the whole stay. As it was, we left unhappy.

For our children, it was very confusing and disappointing to see the pool all day — during breakfast, dinner and even from our room — but not be allowed to swim in it. With small children, it is also quite impractical to have to take all your things and walk to the other side of the resort just to use the family pool.
We feel the pool policy could be reconsidered, especially for a hotel that promotes itself as family-friendly.

Gorgeous Relaxation
Our three-night stay was a truly relaxing experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, and there is still so much more to come. This alone makes a stay here incredibly enjoyable.
More importantly, however, our visit was defined by the many pleasant interactions we had with the friendly, welcoming, and efficient staff. Our experience began with a warm greeting at the security gate, something you do not necessarily expect and which immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay.
Meeting Iva at reception was another highlight. Her warmth and genuine care made us excited about everything that was yet to come. We were escorted us to our wonderful suite, complete with two balconies offering breathtaking sea views. The suite was exceptionally comfortable and spacious. I especially loved the lounger on the balcony. It was thoughtfully equipped, including a garment steamer, and featured a large bathroom with a double vanity. Everything had been perfectly prepared by the excellent housekeeping team.
The private beach is beautiful, with very comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas included. What a blessing. The crystal-clear blue sea, the peace and quiet, and the stunning views of Krk Island created the perfect setting for relaxation.
The restaurant team, both the service and kitchen staff, are a wonderful group of people who genuinely care about delivering excellent service and never forget to greet guests with a smile. The food deserves a special mention. Every meal was absolutely delicious, with an outstanding selection available at both breakfast and dinner. The variety, quality, and freshness of the dishes exceeded our expectations and made dining at the hotel a true pleasure.
The 180 Bar is incredibly stylish and inviting; it is the kind of place where you could happily spend hours.
Kudos to everyone who contributed to such a fantastic start for this newly opened hotel. We were genuinely sad to leave this wonderful place, but we are delighted to know that we have found a destination we are already looking forward to returning to next year.
