Excellent hotel having comfortable spacious rooms with all amenities

One of the best hotels in the region

Overall, the check-in experience was excellent especially thanks to Omar and Mansour who were professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The maintenance team also responded quickly to issues we reported including a faulty power socket and a bathroom bidet. However, there were several areas that affected our experience. On the day of check-out, we had already received approval from the front desk for a late check-out as an ALL Accor member until around 2- 3 PM. Unfortunately, we received a call from reception around noon asking whether we intended to check out or extend our stay which woke us up unexpectedly. In addition, there appeared to be an electrical issue in the room, causing one of the lights near the entrance to flicker repeatedly. The power socket that had been repaired also stopped working again later during the stay. Another major concern was the quality of the pillows which were significantly below the standard we have experienced at other Mercure properties. This caused severe neck pain and I reported the issue to the front desk on the second or third day of our stay. The staff were genuinely helpful but the room maintenance issues and bedding quality need improvement to match the standards expected from the Mercure brand.

Calm place and spacious rooms

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to thank the reception team for their excellent service. Miss Bashair, Bander, Noha, Fahad, and M. were especially welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The rest of the reception staff, whose names I unfortunately can’t remember, were also friendly, courteous, and made me feel valued throughout my stay. Their kindness and dedication contributed greatly to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would also like to commend the restaurant staff for their outstanding service. The waiter was attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist, making every dining experience enjoyable. In addition, the breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes and preferences, which was a wonderful way to start each day. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. The only downside was the lack of available parking, which was a bit inconvenient. Nevertheless, the exceptional service and overall experience more than made up for it.
