Reception was good and responsive, appreciate. Should improve in the morning breakfast area service. I told for coffee and i didn't get at all. Warm water i had to wait for and i had to say leave it. Thanks.

It's a mid sized hotel and rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is not unduly elaborate but more than adequate. A cozy rooftop bar and restaurant which opens only in the evening serves some good fare. The staff team, especially the front office and the resturant staff are friendly and go out of the way to make you feel special. We enjoyed our stay

Stay was booked weeks before and got confirmation before we reach the venue. But after reaching there after check in time as well, waited for almost an hour for check in. The reception was poorly managed and after raising concern for 3 times, got the room which made us frustrated
