When we were about to check-in, the Reception unpleasantly surprised us that there was no Lunch buffet but there was a paid Brunch buffet. We were forced to opt of Dinner buffet and not Lunch buffet while we booked Lunch/ Dinner buffet. Our actual plan was to have dinner buffet and go out to attend a function for dinner. When the booking clearly says Lunch/Dinner buffet on Make My Trip, we felt cheated when there was no Lunch buffet and we were asked to pay 1,300 Rs. each for Brunch buffet. This was a very sad and disgusting surprise during the welcome! Please make sure the customers get what they book and pay rather than leaving them surprised unpleasantly. We are sure to convey this to our circles about the situation and we will double think booking again next time. I think our circles will too give a thought. Also note that though swimming pool and the guy near was good, he was adamantly behind us to give the feed back online. He made use scan some QR and dictated us what to put and he wanted a 5 star. He was so behind us that we felt irritated.

The hotels having a brunch in the weekend is not part of the half board package. However, we have a five-course set menu for the guests having meal package includes in the room. Did not get Accor benefits, and had to wait over an hour for someone to get our luggage for checkout. AC was not working in spite of raising concern.
