Disappointed. We had booked A. queen suite for couple of days in Mysuru ibis styles. Stepped in with A. lot of expectations, left with city's memories and stays disappointment. To start with, the breakfast area was too small and guests had to wait for 15 mins. However, Ms Sara was found sending certain guests to A. different location without them having to wait while me with my husband and A. 2 year old had to wait for A. long time. With 3 members, she repeatedly insisted on giving A. table with 2 chairs. On requesting for A. 3 or 4 member table, she simply denied saying you will have to wait for more time for that. She was what you call "unprofessional and biased". The balcony was dusty and had not been cleaned before or during our stay. Tissues in bathroom were not filled. Ironing facility was provided but iron box was not. Its the small things that matters the most. The inroom dining staff were warm and welcoming. And Mr. Naveen in the reception, he had been truly supportive of all queries we had and was very helpful.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at ibis Mysuru with my spouse, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The parking facility was excellent, the rooftop bar was a great addition, and the breakfast spread had plenty of good options. Overall, it was a lovely experience with all the right things in place for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend ibis Mysuru to anyone visiting the city. Definitely a must-stay place in Mysuru!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel along with my daughter. The team at IBIS is really very professional and upto the mark. I would like to make the special mention of Mr Rajeev Ranjan who was manager at the restaurant. He was not only very professional but also made our stay memorable by giving that personal touch. My daughter enjoyed the hospitality. Rajeev ji ensured that we are looked after in the restaurant. The only drawback of the hotel is its location which is a bit isolated.

First word that matters: Service. Absolutely impeccable. Next: location - excellent for getting in and out of the city, excellent for those looking for a stopover on the way to Coorg, and just 15 minutes into the city. One curious thing: their kitchen is closed through the afternoon - from around 3pm until 7pm - so they have no evening snacks. Overall: peaceful, comfortable stay. Will visit again.
