I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, the rooms are well-maintained, and most aspects of my stay were truly enjoyable. However, there were a couple of issues that did affect the experience. First, when I requested cutlery to be sent to the room, I was told it would be delivered, but it never arrived despite follow-up. Additionally, during breakfast, the staff seemed quite inattentive. I had to repeat the same order multiple times, and even then, the items never reached our table. Eventually, we had to leave without receiving what we ordered, which was disappointing. Apart from these issues, everything else was amazing, and I hope the management can look into these service lapses to improve the overall guest experience.

The only thing we want complain about was the breakfast. It says stars at 6:30am, but the food was not ready past 7am (8/12/2025). We need to leave early that morning, so missed half of the food. The house keepers are very friendly and helpful.
