My stay was very relaxing and overall happy with the facilities . Mr Farooq ( front desk manager) helped in assisting me for a complimentary upgrade to suite being a gold member. Mr. Aadhil (mixologist) always had a smile in his face and served awesome welcome drinks . Mr Sayan ( restaurant ) made sure our customised food/black coffee were served spot on. Kudos to all of these staff for going extra mile for the guests' satisfaction. Baby food was delivered all the time complimentary ( thanks !) N.B. Housekeeping needs an upgrade as multiple times they took a lot of time to deliver drinking water bottle and needed follow-ups. May be under staffed. Suite room did not feel like a suite ( though it is quite spacious but layout of the suite is not as a standard suite room with a separate seat out space than bedroom )

Hotel was good with good location. Few things stood out. The auto ride and the driver Mr Noor Pasha sir was very polite and professional. Food spread was good although crispy items were mostly soggy and lost their crispiness most of the times and this part can be improved. Sayan was very professional and helped us throughout. Now coming to the surprising part. Their in room service (for basic amenities) was pathetic. For calls to receive bathing towel, refilling of water bottles, one had to follow up 3 times and wait approximately an hour and then post 3 follow ups finally their staff finally thought of fulfilling my request. I thought this was a one off incident when I had to wait for an hour to receive the towel but the same day evening the same thing repeated when I called for refilling the bottles. Never had such experience in any normal hotel also, let alone a 5 star.
