We booked a room for 3. Only one room key card is given. While one stays in room the others can't go down because they can't come back as the elevator needs key card. Despite knowing we were three, towels were only two. While upfront room charge included 3 of us, we were told extra bed would be separately charged! Breakfast had certain bread items like croissants, donuts that weren't fresh. Room was quite small.
