recently stayed at Grand Mercure Mysore, and it was a really good experience overall. The hotel is well-located in the city, so getting to popular places like Mysore Palace and Chamundi Hills was very easy. It’s in a central area, which made getting around quite convenient whether by car or auto.

no one to welcome, called twice for room service no one showed up, had to go downstairs to get stuff. Accor app was not working, was not allowingto login on 5th dec, had to book via agoda even though I had silver accor membership

Hotel has over charged during check out. We came to celebrate anniversary. Had food in room. All food was extremely spicey in Chinese. I would not recommend this hotel.
