As an avid traveler, I have always believed that nothing beats Accor, and the hospitality in the Asia region is simply the best. My recent stay at the Grand Mercure Mysuru while attending a conference only reaffirmed this belief. I have been visiting this property for the past ten years, and I can confidently say that they continue to deliver a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I arrived, the courtesy of the entire staff was evident—right from the entrance and the valet to the reception team. I would particularly like to commend Sresta from management, who warmly greeted us at the reception upon arrival, ensuring a seamless, zero-wait check-in, and was equally gracious while seeing us off during checkout. Furthermore, every single one of my room preferences was spot on. The team's efficiency is unmatched; a minor issue with my kettle was fixed immediately, and when I requested a printout, it was handed to me in a jiffy. The culinary experience was equally fantastic. The food was great, and I absolutely loved the breakfast spread. Tapas, as always, did a fantastic job with the cocktails, and Manjunath at the restaurant provided awesome, highly proactive service that made dining a pleasure. My only minor observation is that the restaurant area felt a bit understaffed at times. This is by no means a complaint, as the existing team worked incredibly hard, but a few extra hands would definitely help support their wonderful efforts. Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant stay. Kudos to the entire team at Grand Mercure Mysuru for their dedication to guest satisfaction. I love it here and would love to come back again!
