Overall, it was good, but 1st day in the restaurant, the service and food were not up to mark. Feedback was given and it was taken care on subsequent days. Also on High tea, it looked like it was done in compulsion, snacks were not up to mark, and tea/coffee were average Quality.

poor hospitality service all used goodies by previous guest were not removed and kept in the room. After 2 complaints still it was not changed and no action was taken.

Good Hospitality from Manoj❤️, Prabuddha ❤️and Chef Pradip❤️. GM was Good and Kind❤️. Enjoyed lot and was memorable. House keeping Kumari Good. Breakfast yummy 🤤. One suggestion Add more options in veg for dinner. Mercure 😘.
