First, I would like to point out the completely unprofessional attitude and lack of involvement of the manager. During my stay, I repeatedly requested a direct conversation to report the problems I encountered. Initially, I was told she was not on duty, even though I personally saw her on the hotel premises. Subsequently, every time I requested a meeting, the response I received through the staff was that she was not in the hotel. Her behavior demonstrated a constant avoidance of dialogue and of the responsibilities that come with her position as manager. Second, the cleanliness conditions in the room were unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. There was dust on the furniture and other surfaces, the floor was not properly cleaned, and there was a strong sewage smell persisting in the bathroom. Furthermore, room maintenance services were deficient. Although the hotel displayed instructions stating that towels left on the floor would be replaced, I found that they were simply picked up off the floor, folded, and put back as if they had been changed, even though they were already used and wet. The experience in the restaurant area was also disappointing. At breakfast, despite this being a hotel classified as 4-star, beverages were served exclusively in disposable plastic cups rather than glass ones, which does not meet the quality and comfort standards guests expect from such a hotel. Moreover, the staff clearing tables during breakfast gave off a strong smell of sweat, which was extremely unpleasant in an area intended for dining and significantly affected guests' comfort and experience. In conclusion, the most troubling aspect of the entire stay was the manager's lack of interest and responsibility, as she consistently avoided speaking with a dissatisfied guest and addressing the issues raised. I consider this attitude incompatible with the professionalism standards a 4-star hotel should uphold.

We were allocated a room with a bad smell. Very slow response from reception, call center, management. Told the reception not satisfied with conditions. Will not return.

Nice, could be better

Everything was fine except that the bathroom smelled very strongly of mold in the morning. I’m not sure whether there was already mold hidden somewhere, but since we only stayed for one night, it wasn’t really an issue for us. However, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable staying there for a longer period of time. Room 7, ground floor, Building A.

This was not our first stay at an Ibis hotel and we chose it based on prior experiences. The only different thig was that we chose to book the all incusive pack, hoping for great meals just like the breakfast we were used to. BIG MISTAKE! The luch and dinner service was horrible. The food was dry, tasteles and little options especially for lunch. The manager of the hotel was standing guard with an angry look so that guests where not puting to much on their plate. I think she should be more concearned how to do her job better and also work on her attitude. I have no complains regarding the accomodation, the hotel was nice, the private beach was beautiful and the room was clean.

The bathrooms look very outdated; there is mold around the bathtub faucet, dirt under the sink cabinet, smeared silicone on the walls where the baseboards are fitted, and the bathtub panel is old and yellowed.

The apartment was spotless. Everything was in order from the moment we walked in. The staff also deserve a mention: friendly, approachable and quick to help whenever we asked for something. There is room to improve on two sides. First, the food and the quality of the dishes could be better. Second, loyalty recognition. As an Accor member, my status was not acknowledged in any way during the stay. No welcome at check-in, no welcome amenity or gift pack, nothing. It is a small detail, but for returning members it is exactly the kind of thing that shapes the impression of the stay. None of this ruined the trip. Clean rooms and friendly people already cover the basics well. Improving the food and applying the ALL benefits properly would move this from a decent stay to a genuinely good one.

We stayed for 3 days in a superior double room, queen bed with balcony. We enjoyed the room, the atmosphere and the quiet place. We were pleased to see that there was water to refill your bottle. We did not have the chance to use the swimming pool as it rained during our stay. Thank you for the quiet time!

The hotel is well situated in a calm area, and very close to the beach. Room was very clean, big enough for two adults and one child (superior room with extra bed), staff friendly and the breakfast exceptional. The resort has a clean and warmed up swimming pool with a bar, we appreciated a drink by the pool and our kid enjoyed several days at the pool when the sea was too cold. The garden in front is well maintained and it was great for providing shade while having a drink on the balcony. For a fee, there is parking spot available. We would like to return for sure, if possible. Thank you very much.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at ibis venus. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. The room was comfortable and everything was as expected for a short stay. I’m giving it 9/10 rather than 10/10 simply because there is still a little room for improvement, but overall it was a very good experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

Close to beach, with 50% beach chairs discount. Breakfast is ok, with good coffee. Would be better with more variaty of fruites like watermelon or melon. pool is clean, staffs are polite. Room gets cleaned every day. We had enjoyable trip

I received a quiet room overlooking the small park in front of the hotel. I liked that the hotel provides a water dispenser with still drinking water. The breakfast was a bit chaotic, but there was enough variety. The only thing I didn't like was the very low water pressure in the shower, even though my room was on the first floor. A nice bonus was the Starbucks coffee machine in the hotel lobby.

Overall, our stay was average. The pool was nice, but the pool bar was very poorly stocked. One of the biggest issues was that there was nowhere to buy bottled still water during our stay: not at the pool, the bar, or the restaurant. Another disappointment was that if you don’t have an all-inclusive package, you can only have breakfast at the restaurant, with no option to purchase lunch or dinner. Communication with the hotel was also poor. One day before our arrival, we called to ask why the same room for three people had dropped in price by around 400 RON. The staff responded rudely, saying that if the price had increased, they wouldn’t have called us to ask for more money. We also asked if the price could be adjusted since the third guest would not stay for the entire visit, but we were simply told it wasn’t possible. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of customer service and guest convenience.
