Every employee was very nice with us and our children. The spa was great and the room gorgeous. They also gave us a room upgrade wich was great. The food for brakefast was fresh, vary and very tasty. The food from restaurant sublime. Great value for money. We had only one problem with heating. It was too hot and the tempreture didn’t drop, but the stuff was very nice and tried to fix it.

The hotel is well located in the town with lovely views. Our suite had a terrace surrounding the entire room. The restaurant was pleasant with good service and food. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. For the cost of the hotel rooms, I would consider it excellent overall although the gym and spa were small. I would certainly recommend the hotel for location, service and spacious accommodation and look forward to returning.

We spent the weekend at this hotel with our family and had an extraordinary experience. From the very first moment, the entire staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and always smiling. Every request we had was handled promptly and with genuine care, which made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with distinctive and elegant design. Very close to the gondola lift. We are already looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

The tv had a strange program guide. Few tv stations. No hotel-netflix account. In front of my room there were bags of dirty laundry from other rooms (as was in my previous visit, it was not addressed even though I mentioned this)
