I think it is the best hotel in the Brasov and Poiana Brasov area and this motivated us to make the trip from Bucharest, even though the weather was not on our side. The hotel has a great SPA area and an excellent restaurant and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. I did not give the maximum rating because the price in the restaurant seems very high to me even compared to the best restaurants in Europe and another negative aspect is the lack of parking spaces, I appreciate the help of the staff but I did not feel comfortable leaving the car in the revolving door area, on the pedestrian route.

The second time since his opening, we fully enjoyed the nordic elegance of our appartment, surrounded by perfectly mannered and naturally polite staff, from the bell boy, through the reception and ultimately finishing with Mr Apostolescu Remus , the Front Office Manager who pampered us offering the best suite possible. The Swissotel Poiana BV, is an unforgettable experince in itself, no matter the weather or season !

The staff, the services, the rooms, the amenities and the food were amazing. Everything is very well appointed with good quality material. I was fascinated how they managed to combine romanian traditional elements si swiss influences. The food was fantastic and the staff very polite, kind and always with a smile on their face! Everything was perfect!

Very good experience overall. The rooms were very bog and cozy and the breakfast was diversified. However, it would have been nice that the staff from the reception anounced us the outside jacuzzi was closed for renovation.
