Pleasant stay, front office was extremely helpful as was the breakfast staff, in both cases including the respective management.

No Christmas decorations on the back apartments, reheated food(supposed to be taken from our tab but it hasn't), high service charge for room service and it doesn't even come with a white table cover, extremely poor service from Remus I believe, the reception manager, credit card vanished from the room and the list can go on. The most professional employee of the hotel during our stay was Sergiu, the bellboy. This was the second year we had been accommodated and unfortunately the last. Christmas 2024 was great from every single aspect. The management you have now, some of it at least is not up to the hotel standards. We won't be coming back.

I had an extremely comfortable stay at this hotel in Brașov. The room was very well maintained, quiet, and perfect for rest after long days. The services overall were excellent and everything worked smoothly throughout my stay. What truly made the difference was the team. I would especially like to highlight Andreea, whose professionalism, kindness, and constant willingness to help made my stay exceptional. Ionuți was always attentive and supportive, and in the restaurant Madalena provided outstanding service with a warm and welcoming attitude. Thanks to this amazing team, my experience was truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again.
