Thank you very much for such an amazing property . Truly much appreciate an upgrade for our room as well . From the impressive design of our room , to the view , cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. All staff members were professional. Amazing restaurant , the best food in Poiana Brașov . We will definitely come back .

I think it is the best hotel in the Brasov and Poiana Brasov area and this motivated us to make the trip from Bucharest, even though the weather was not on our side. The hotel has a great SPA area and an excellent restaurant and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. I did not give the maximum rating because the price in the restaurant seems very high to me even compared to the best restaurants in Europe and another negative aspect is the lack of parking spaces, I appreciate the help of the staff but I did not feel comfortable leaving the car in the revolving door area, on the pedestrian route.

The second time since his opening, we fully enjoyed the nordic elegance of our appartment, surrounded by perfectly mannered and naturally polite staff, from the bell boy, through the reception and ultimately finishing with Mr Apostolescu Remus , the Front Office Manager who pampered us offering the best suite possible. The Swissotel Poiana BV, is an unforgettable experince in itself, no matter the weather or season !
