Very good experience overall. The rooms were very bog and cozy and the breakfast was diversified. However, it would have been nice that the staff from the reception anounced us the outside jacuzzi was closed for renovation.

It was a nice and relaxing stay, the room was big for us as a family of 3 with a 3 months baby, we enjoyed the forest view in the morning and the silence from the hotel.

All in all there are many things that missed in all aspects of the hotel or have been done unprofessionally. Comparing with other 5stars hotels in the country and neighbor countries it was a disappointing experience. Honestly I wonder about the awards.. So, I would not recommend as a 5stars hotel neither we will come back.
