The experience was amazing, the hotel is exactly what we wanted and needed. The staff was soo nice to us and so accommodating during the stay. The food was great and we did enjoy an amazing dinner and breakfast. We are looking forward to stay with you again!

I would like to give them A. 10. It is A. beautiful hotel, with harmonious colours and the best mattress in the entire Universe, aside from A. natural cloud:-) For that 10 however, I would have liked to see A. welcoming message and A. treat. It is called Swissotel, hence chocolate is A. Must:-) Complimentary filtered water is also A. must. Breakfast is well-balanced. I would have liked to see home made cookies and A. honey comb for it is A. 5 stars hotel and local cuisine touch is another must, say the tasty cheese branza de burduf. Spa pool amd sauna are also good. Well equipped and well sized, clean and overall A. pleasant hour spent there. I have enjoyed my stay and I thank them for their service. Best wishes, Adina
